How to gain miles

Diamond Mile

The main number of miles is awarded to the participant of the Diamond Mile program for flights made on regular flights of JSC ALROSA Airlines.

To receive miles, you must indicate your personal program participant number when booking and issuing an air ticket.

Mile types

There are three types of miles awarded in the Diamond Mile program:

Flight miles

Awarded to the participant for flights on regular flights of JSC "ALROSA Airlines". Miles can be used by the participant to receive awards, and are also taken into account for obtaining status.

Status Miles

Awarded to a member who has Silver, Gold, or Diamond status. Miles can only be used by the member to receive rewards.

Bonus miles

Awarded for online registration in the Diamond Mile program, as well as within the framework of special offers and promotions of the Diamond Mile program.

Miles for additional services

Awarded to the participant for additional services booked for regular flights of JSC "ALROSA Airlines". Miles can be used by the participant to receive awards.


Miles accrual

The number of miles credited to a program participant is calculated as a percentage of the distance between the departure and arrival airports, and also depending on the fare at which the air ticket is purchased.

For holders of Gold and Diamond levels, there is an opportunity to additionally earn status miles, which are calculated as a percentage of the total distance in miles between the departure and arrival airports.

Miles in the program are credited only for completed flights. The minimum number of miles credited to a Member's account is 500 miles.

When a Member flies on a codeshare flight, miles are not credited.

For elite level holders (Silver, Gold, Diamond), there is an opportunity to earn additional status miles, which are calculated as a percentage of the total distance in miles between departure and arrival airports.

Accumulation of miles for additional services

  • Extra baggage - 250 miles per service;

  • Additional carry-on baggage - 150 miles per service;

  • Seat selection on the plane – from 50 miles per service;

  • Select a premium seat - 125 miles per service

Terms of accrual of miles:

  1. When purchasing a ticket, be sure to enter the Diamond Mile program participant card number

  2. The miles will be received by the passenger for whom the service was booked, and only if the person specified purchase, the Diamond Mile card number matches the data in your personal account and ticket.

  3. Miles for additional services are credited automatically after the flight.

  4. Miles for additional services cannot be restored.

  5. You can order the service on the website www.aero.alrosa.ru during the booking process or by adding to an already issued ticket, or at the ticket office of JSC "ALROSA Airlines".

For automatic miles accrual, it is necessary to indicate the participant's personal number of the "Diamond Mile" program when booking and issuing an air ticket/additional service.

• on the website www.aero.alrosa.ru in the section «Check booking»;
• by contacting the airline's contact center by phone 8 800 500 50 95;
• by contacting the airline's contact center by form feedback indicating your personal card number and ticket number;
• by contacting service center of the Diamond Mile program, indicating the personal card number and ticket number.
