Airline — JSC "ALROSA Airlines".
Active Participant — A participant of the loyalty program who has accumulated at least 1 (One) Flight Segment within a year by flying regular flights of the Airline at fares that participate in Mile accrual.
"Diamond Mile" (also "Diamond Mile" Program, or Program) — A program implemented by JSC "ALROSA Airlines" for frequent flyers, according to which Miles are accrued to the Program Participant, which can be used to obtain tickets and other Awards in accordance with the Program Rules.
Bonus Miles — Miles that can only be used to obtain Awards and are not counted towards obtaining Silver, Gold, and Diamond status. Bonus Miles: 1. Welcome Miles, accrued to the Participant for registering in the Program. 2. Miles accrued under special offers and promotions of the Program.
Temporary Status — The initial status assigned to the Participant upon registration in the Program, allowing them to accumulate Miles and use the accrued Miles to obtain Awards.
Participant Card (Card) — A virtual card of the "Diamond Mile" Program Participant, containing the Participant's surname, first name, information about the Personal Account number, and the Participant's status.
Booking Code — A letter designation of the seat quota on a flight corresponding to the purchased fare (RBD — reservation booking designator).
Miles — The accounting units of the "Diamond Mile" Program, accrued to the Participant and used by them in accordance with these Rules.
Password — A conditional word or set of characters set by the Participant independently during registration in the Program, used for authorization in the personal account on the Airline's website. The Program Participant should not disclose the password to third parties.
Personal Account (Participant's Account) — The account of the "Diamond Mile" Program Participant, where the Participant's personal data, accrued Miles, and Transaction history (accrual and redemption of Miles) are stored. The personal account number is indicated on the Card and in the Participant's personal account on the Airline's website. The personal account number is the Participant's identifier in the Program.
Flight Miles — Miles accrued to the Participant for flights on regular flights of JSC "ALROSA Airlines" at fares that participate in Mile accrual.
Flight Segment — A non-stop flight from the departure point to the destination point. In some cases, it includes an intermediate landing without changing the flight number.
Awards — An award ticket or other services that, in accordance with the "Diamond Mile" Program Rules, can be obtained by the Participant in exchange for redeeming Miles from the Personal Account.
Award Ticket — A ticket for any regular flight of the Airline, which can be obtained in exchange for redeeming a certain number of Miles from the Participant's Personal Account.
Privileges — Benefits, discounts, awards, and/or services provided on a permanent or temporary basis to the "Diamond Mile" Program Participants as a whole or differentiated depending on the Participant's status in the Program.
Code-share Flight — A flight operated under a code-share agreement between two airlines, according to which one party (Marketing Carrier) is entitled to sell transportation under its own carrier code on a flight operated by the other party (Operating Carrier). Each party enters the code-share flight into automated booking systems under its own number.
ALROSA Flights — Flights operated by Joint Stock Company "ALROSA Airlines".
ALROSA Website — www.aero.alrosa.ru
Program Website — The "Diamond Mile" section on the Airline's Website.
Program Service Center — The service department for the "Diamond Mile" Program Participants, where information about Participants is stored and processed, and where they can contact via email: Diamondmile@aero.alrosa.ru
Program Information Channels — The Program Website, electronic newsletters, and electronic account statements are the official communication channels of the Program. The rules of promotions, special rules concerning other periodically arising opportunities for Mile accrual and redemption, published in the Program information channels, are appendices and additions to these Rules.
Participant Status — The Participant's status reflects the degree of the Participant's activity in the "Diamond Mile" Program and the level of Privileges available as a result of this activity.
Status Miles — Miles that can only be used to obtain Awards and are not counted towards obtaining Elite statuses of the Program. Status Miles are accrued to Program Participants who hold Elite statuses when flying.
Transaction — The accrual or redemption of Miles from the Personal Account of the "Diamond Mile" Program Participant as a result of actions aimed at accumulating or using Miles to obtain Awards.
Participant — A person participating in the "Diamond Mile" Program, accepting and complying with these Rules.
Elite Statuses — Statuses granted to the Participant as a result of accumulating a sufficient number of Flight Miles or Flight Segments within 2 (two) years, as indicated on the Program website. Elite statuses allow Participants to accumulate additional Status Miles and receive Privileges when booking and using the Airline's services. The "Diamond Mile" Program has 3 (three) Elite statuses: "Silver", "Gold", and "Diamond".
1.1. These Rules and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) regulate the main provisions and principles of the "Diamond Mile" Program. Careful study of these Rules is the exclusive prerogative of each Program Participant.
1.2. These Rules are valid from the moment of publication on the website www.alrosa.aero. JSC "ALROSA Airlines" reserves the right to amend the Loyalty Program Rules, including the cancellation of the Program, with or without prior notice, in the manner provided by these Rules and applicable law.
1.3. To ensure the timely acquaintance of each Participant with changes to these Rules, notifications about this, as well as the text of these Rules and amendments to them, are published on the website www.alrosa.aero
1.4. These Rules apply to all Program Participants without exception. Participation in the Program confirms the Participant's proper acquaintance and agreement with all provisions of these Rules in accordance with Article 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.5. These Rules replace all previous Rules concerning the Program and have unconditional priority over all previous public statements made by the Airline regarding the Program.
1.6. Special and additional Rules may apply to the Program, set out in Program documents and published on the Airline's website and in other Program informational materials.
1.7. In the event of Program cancellation, award tickets issued in accordance with the provisions of these Rules and issued before the Program cancellation date may be used within their validity period.
1.8. Subject to the provisions of clause 2.1.1, the personal data of Participants related to participation in the Program are stored, processed, and used for the purposes of the Program's operation.
2.1. General Provisions
2.1.1. Participation in the Program is individual. Any natural person aged 14 (fourteen) years or older can become a Program Participant, subject to the restrictions for minors established by the provisions of Articles 26, 27, and 28 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.1.2. To participate in the Program, it is necessary to register in the Program on the Airline's Website and obtain a Personal Account number. Only one Personal Account is opened per Participant.
2.1.3. Program Participants are required to strictly comply with the Program Rules and Conditions, as well as adhere to all deadlines described in the Program. The Participant must familiarize themselves with the Rules of this Program, as well as any changes that may be made to these Rules.
2.1.4. Only Participants who have provided all necessary personal and contact information, including first name, last name, and date of birth as recorded in a valid passport, are entitled to claim Miles to their Personal Account and use the Miles accrued to their Personal Account to obtain Awards. The Airline has the right to request the Participant to confirm the accuracy of the provided personal and contact information.
2.1.5. By providing their personal data, the Participant agrees that the Airline has the right to use it to implement the Participant's interests within the Program. To avoid any doubt, the Participant is hereby notified that, as part of the necessary actions to implement the Program, the Airline processes the Participant's personal data provided during registration in accordance with clause 2.2.2 below. These actions are carried out by the Airline in accordance with subparagraph 5 of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152 dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation. Processing of the Participant's personal data in the context of these Rules means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed by the Airline with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
2.1.6. The Participant agrees to the transfer of their personal data provided to the Airline during registration to third parties – the Airline's counterparties (including in cases where such transfer constitutes cross-border transfer of personal data in accordance with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152 dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data"), in cases where such transfer is necessary to implement the Participant's interests within their participation in the Program, provided that such transfer and subsequent processing of personal data by the relevant third party will be carried out in accordance with applicable Russian Federation legislation.
2.2. Registration in the Program
2.2.1. Registration as a Program Participant is free of charge. By registering in the Program, the Participant confirms their agreement with the Program conditions.
2.2.2. Registration as a Program Participant is carried out in the following order:
1. Online registration on the website – by filling out an application in the "Diamond Mile" section and confirming the interested person's participation in the Program by clicking the virtual "Register" button. After this, the specified person is automatically assigned a Personal Account number, which is sent to the email address provided by this person during registration. 2. The date of registration of the Participant in the Program is considered the date of assignment of the Personal Account number to the interested person in the Program. At the same time, the Participant acquires all the rights provided by the Program, and the Airline assumes the corresponding obligations towards the Participant. 3. After registration through the Program Website, the Participant receives a welcome 600 (Six Hundred) Bonus Miles, which are credited to their Personal Account.
2.2.3. The Participant has the right to use the Personal Account number received at the time of registration. The Personal Account number entitles the Participant to accrue Miles when flying regular flights of the Airline.
2.3. Participant's Personal Account Number and Participant Card
2.3.1. Each Program Participant can have only one Personal Account in the Program. The Personal Account number is also the individual number of the Participant in the Program.
2.3.2. If a Participant has more than one account in the Program, the accounts are subject to consolidation. The Airline reserves the right to consolidate Program accounts without prior notice to the Participant.
2.3.3. The Participant's account and the Miles accrued on it cannot be combined with the accounts and Miles of other Program Participants or participants of other passenger incentive programs.
2.3.4. The Participant's Personal Account number is indicated on the Virtual Card in the Participant's personal account on the Airline's Website.
2.3.5. Participants must indicate or personally enter the Personal Account number when booking and checking in for regular flights of the Airline when using any services or Privileges provided under the Program. If the Card is not indicated by the Participant in the booking or at check-in, services may be denied.
2.3.6. In case of any suspicion of unauthorized use of the Personal Account, the Participant must immediately notify the Program Service Center staff by email: Diamondmile@aero.alrosa.ru, as indicated in the Program Rules, or contact the Airline's Contact Center by phone number 8 800 500 50 95.
2.3.7. The Airline reserves the right to periodically send Participants a statement with information about the status of the Personal Account.
2.3.8. Information about the status of the Personal Account is available in real-time in the Participant's personal account on the Program Website. To access the personal page and information, it is necessary to enter the Program Participant's Personal Account number and Password.
2.3.9. The Airline is not responsible for the unavailability of account status information in case the Participant cannot access the Airline's Website due to technical issues that are not directly dependent on the Airline.
2.4. Password
2.4.1. The Password is necessary for the Participant to authorize on the Program Website, to obtain information about the status of the Personal Account in the Program, to view and change contact personal data, to enter information about unaccounted flights through the Program Website, to issue Awards, and to perform other actions provided by these Rules.
2.4.2. The Password is set automatically when the Participant registers in the Program.
2.4.3. The Participant can independently change their Password in the personal account on the Program Website.
2.4.4. The Participant must take all reasonable and necessary measures to prevent unauthorized use of their Personal Account, in particular, ensure the security of the Password and Participant Card and prevent third-party access to them.
2.4.5. The Airline is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of unauthorized access by third parties to the Program Participant's Personal Account using their Password.
2.5. Change of Personal Data
2.5.1. Each Participant is responsible for timely updating their personal data.
2.5.2. The Participant can independently change contact personal data – phone number, address – on the Program Website, in the personal account.
2.5.3. Changes to the surname/first name, date of birth, passport data, and email address are made only by the Program Service Center staff after receiving a written application from the Participant, including electronically via email, and cannot be made by the Participant independently on the Program Website. The application for changing the surname/first name, passport data, and email address must be accompanied by copies of supporting documents (marriage/divorce certificate, copy of a valid passport, etc.) or their scanned images if the Participant sends the corresponding application by email.
3.1. General Provisions
3.1.1. Miles are the basic unit of calculation in the Program.
3.1.2. Miles are accrued for paid and actually completed flights by the Participant on regular flights of the Airline.
3.1.3. To accrue Miles to the Personal Account, the Participant should provide their Personal Account number when booking and paying for the airline ticket or service, or personally enter their Personal Account number when booking the airline ticket or services on the Airline's Website. The Participant must ensure the correctness of the Personal Account number and the consistency of the spelling of their first and last names in the Participant's profile and the airline ticket when receiving the airline ticket or at the time of providing/issuing paid services.
3.1.4. Miles for a flight or service are credited to the Participant's Personal Account once and only within the Program.
3.1.5. If no Transactions are made on the Participant's Personal Account for more than 3 (three) years, the Airline has the right to terminate their participation in the Program by canceling the Personal Account number. In this case, the person retains the right to re-register as a Program Participant in the future, subject to the provisions of these Rules.
3.1.6. The Airline reserves the right to block or cancel the Personal Account of any Participant who has accrued Miles in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner.
3.1.7. The Airline reserves the right to provide additional methods of accruing and redeeming Miles beyond those specified in these Rules. Relevant information about all changes will be published on the Program Website, as well as in other Program Information Channels.
3.2. Accruing Miles for Regular Flights of JSC "ALROSA Airlines"
3.2.1. For regular flights of the Airline, Miles are accrued to the Participant as a percentage of the actual distance in miles between the departure and arrival airports, depending on the brand, fare, and service class indicated on the airline ticket.
3.2.2. For flights on routes that include Flight Segments of several carriers (regardless of whether one ticket is issued for such Flight Segments or several), Miles are accrued only for Flight Segments operated by JSC "ALROSA Airlines".
3.2.3. For flights on Code-share Flights, Miles are not accrued.
3.2.4. For travel on airline tickets with an involuntary upgrade or any other upgrade not related to the Participant paying the full difference between the economy class fare and the available business class fare, Miles are accrued according to the class and fare of the paid airline ticket.
3.2.5. For travel on Award Tickets on regular flights of the Airline, Miles are not accrued.
3.2.6. Miles are not accrued for the use of certain booking classes; industry discount fares; special Airline fares, the terms of which specify that they do not participate in Mile accrual; charter flights; award flights; airline tickets and services for which Participants receive bonuses under other incentive programs.
3.3. Statuses and Privileges
3.3.1. Temporary status is automatically assigned to the Participant after completing registration in the Program and allows them to accrue Miles for regular flights of the Airline at fares that participate in Mile accrual and use the accrued Miles to obtain Awards.
3.3.2. Elite statuses are: "Silver", "Gold", "Diamond".
3.3.3. Silver status is assigned to the Participant as a result of accruing 15,000 Flight Miles or after completing 15 flights on regular flights of the Airline within 2 (two) calendar years at fares that participate in Mile accrual in accordance with the qualification rules for Silver status published on the Program Website.
3.3.4. Gold status is assigned to the Participant as a result of accruing 35,000 Miles or after completing 35 flights on regular flights of the Airline within 2 (two) calendar years at fares that participate in Mile accrual in accordance with the qualification rules for Gold status published on the Program Website.
3.3.5. Diamond status is assigned to the Participant as a result of accruing 50,000 Miles or after completing 50 flights on regular flights of the Airline within 2 (two) calendar years at fares that participate in Mile accrual in accordance with the qualification rules for Diamond status published on the Program Website.
3.3.6. To extend the Status for the next period, the Participant must meet the conditions similar to those required to achieve the Status within two calendar years. If the conditions for accruing the required number of Flight Miles or accounting for Flight Segments are not met, the Participant is downgraded to one status lower on the first day of the new calendar year following the year in which the status validity period ends.
3.3.7. Program Participants who have been assigned Elite status receive additional Privileges, which are published on the Program Website.
3.3.8. Privileges for Participants with Elite status are available for regular flights of the Airline at fares that participate in Mile accrual, as well as for award tickets.
3.3.9. The corresponding Elite status is assigned to the Participant when the required number of Miles is accrued to their Personal Account, regardless of how many previously accrued Miles have been redeemed from their Personal Account.
3.3.10. Elite status is valid until the end of the calendar year in which the conditions for its assignment were met, and for the next two full calendar years.
3.4. Crediting Miles to the Personal Account and Restoring Unaccounted Miles
3.4.1. For automatic crediting of Miles, the Participant must provide/tell the Agent their Personal Account number when booking.
3.4.2. Miles are automatically credited to the Participants' Personal Accounts within 3-7 days after the completed flight, provided that the Participant's personal data in the ticket (Participant's full name and Personal Account number) matches the corresponding data specified in the Participant's registration form.
3.4.3. The Participant must independently check the status of their Personal Account, the correctness, and the number of Miles credited to it on the Program Website. If information about one of the completed flights is missing from the Personal Account, the Participant can request the restoration of unaccounted Miles using a special form in the personal account on the Program Website.
3.4.4. To accrue unaccounted Miles for flights or restore Miles not credited due to technical reasons, the Participant must fill out the appropriate form on the Program Website, indicating the route, travel date, flight number, ticket number, and fare code under which the airline ticket was issued.
3.4.5. Requests for the restoration of unaccounted Miles for flights on the Airline's flights are accepted for consideration within 6 (six) months from the date of the flight that entitles the Participant to accrue Miles.
3.5. Validity Period of Accrued Miles
3.5.1. All Miles accrued in the Program are valid for the year in which the flight was made or the service was received and the following 2 (two) full calendar years.
3.5.2. To automatically extend the validity period of Miles for another 1 (one) calendar year, the Participant must make at least one flight on a regular ALROSA flight at fares that participate in Mile accrual or perform another Mile accrual operation within the framework of special promotions, the conditions and validity period of which are determined by the terms of the promotion.
3.5.3. All unused Miles are canceled if no flights on regular ALROSA flights at fares that participate in Mile accrual are registered on the Participant's account within 2 (two) calendar years, or no Mile accrual operations are performed within the framework of special promotions, the conditions and validity period of which are determined by the terms of the promotion.
3.5.4. All Miles whose validity period expires are canceled on the first day of the new calendar year following the year in which the validity period of the Miles ends.
3.6. Using Accrued Miles
3.6.1. Miles can be used to obtain Program Awards on regular flights of the Airline.
3.6.2. Miles cannot be transferred from one Participant's Personal Account to another Participant's account.
3.6.3. The list of Awards may be expanded beyond what is presented in the text of these Rules, and information about such changes will be published on the Program Website and in other Program Information Channels.
3.6.4. The availability of Awards may depend on the type of Award, as well as the date, season, and destination. The Airline does not guarantee the availability of any Award at any given time.
4.1. General Provisions
4.1.1. If there are enough Miles in the Personal Account, the Participant has the right to:
• Issue an Award ticket for an Airline flight; • Issue other Awards provided by the Program Rules.
4.1.2. The number of Miles to be deducted for issuing an Award is calculated based on the data on destinations provided in the Award table on the Program Website.
4.1.3. Program Participants make reservations and issue Awards in the manner provided in paragraph 4.2. of these Rules.
4.1.4. All Miles used to obtain a specific Award must be deducted from one Personal Account of the Program Participant. It is not allowed to pay for one Award with Miles from multiple accounts.
4.1.5. The Participant can issue an Award for themselves or any other person specified by them. Issuing an Award for another person is allowed no more than 5 times within each calendar year.
4.1.6. Issued Awards cannot be reissued to another person or transferred and/or assigned to another person.
4.1.7. Awards cannot be sold, bought, or exchanged for material values or other Awards. In case of using the Award in such a manner, the Award may be canceled, and the Participant who performed the specified actions may be excluded from the Program.
4.1.8. The Airline, within the framework of the Program, reserves the right to require identification confirmation from any person wishing to use the Program services or issue an Award and to refuse to provide services if it is impossible to provide confirmation.
4.1.9. If the Participant is legally incapacitated or their capacity is limited, the application for obtaining an Award must be made in accordance with the requirements of Articles 26, 27, and 28 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In this case, the Airline, within the framework of the Program, reserves the right to require additional documentation.
4.2. Award Tickets for Airline Flights
4.2.1. Award tickets for regular flights of the Airline can be issued in exchange for the deduction of the corresponding number of Miles from the Participant's account in accordance with the Award table on the Program Website. The number of Miles required to issue an Award ticket depends on the destination and service class of the Award ticket.
4.2.2. Award tickets for regular flights of the Airline are issued for one-way or round-trip routes.
4.2.3. All Award tickets are issued in electronic form (E-ticket).
4.2.4. An Award ticket can be issued for any person specified by the Participant. The recipient of the ticket is always the Participant from whose Personal Account the Miles are deducted. Miles are deducted from the Participant's account at the time of booking the Award ticket.
4.2.5. Booking and issuing Award tickets is possible through the Airline's Website after authorization in the Participant's personal account or at the authorized agents' ticket offices of the Airline. Booking is subject to seat availability.
4.2.6. The Airline reserves the right to request additional identification confirmation from the Participant.
4.2.7. The Rules and conditions of passenger air transportation of the Airline apply to air transportation on an Award ticket.
4.2.8. Taxes, service fees, and booking fees cannot be paid with Miles. Fees can be paid using one of the methods indicated on the Airline's Website and available at the time of the request.
4.2.9. In the case of a voluntary exchange of an Award ticket, the conditions for the application of award fares published on the Airline's Website should be followed.
4.2.10. In the case of a voluntary refusal to travel on an Award ticket, taxes, service fees, and booking fees may be refunded to the Participant. When performing the procedure for refunding an Award ticket, the conditions for the application of fares published on the Airline's Website should be followed.
4.2.11. In the case of a voluntary refusal to travel on an Award ticket, the Miles deducted for the ticket are not refundable.
4.2.12. In the case of an involuntary refusal to travel on an Award ticket, the Miles deducted for the ticket are fully refundable.
4.2.13. Code-share flights are regulated by the corresponding Code-share agreements, and therefore Awards can only be issued for the Airline's own flights.
4.2.14. Award tickets are not provided for charter and special flights.
4.2.15. The Airline reserves the right to introduce restrictions on Award bookings, including restrictions on routes and dates for issuing Awards.
4.3. Conditions for Travel on an Award Ticket in Case of Flight Cancellation
4.3.1. In case of an Airline flight cancellation, passengers will be directed to the nearest available Airline flight.
4.3.2. To return Miles in case of an Airline flight cancellation, the Participant must make a request through the Personal Account or the feedback form on the Airline's Website to return the unused Miles to their Program Participant account. In the request, the Participant must provide a brief description of the incident, attach a copy of the airline ticket, a copy of the boarding pass (if check-in for the flight was completed), and send the request to the Program Service Center within 90 (ninety) days from the date of the flight cancellation.
5.1. Modification, Temporary Suspension, and Cancellation of the Program
5.1.1. The Airline reserves the right to cancel or modify the entire Program or any part of it at any time, with or without prior notice. These changes take effect after the relevant information is posted on the Program Website. In the event of the Program's cancellation, all Miles accumulated by the Program Participants may be annulled without compensation in monetary terms. The Airline is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from changes or cancellation of the Program.
5.1.2. The Airline, acting within the framework of the Program, reserves the right not to send informational materials about the Program to Participants who are not Active.
5.1.3. The Airline's route network and flight schedule may change at any time. The Participant can familiarize themselves with these changes on the Airline's Website.
5.1.4. The Airline may modify and exclude any fares, Awards, or services from the Program. The Participant can familiarize themselves with these changes on the Airline's Website.
5.2. Termination of Participation in the Program, Disqualification, or Temporary Removal of Participants
5.2.1. Voluntary termination of participation in the Program is possible by the Participant's personal request to the Program Service Center with an application. The application is made in free form and accompanied by a copy of an identity document. After receiving the application from the Participant, their Personal Account is closed, and the accumulated Miles and Status are annulled.
5.2.2. The Airline reserves the right to exclude the Participant from the Program, withdraw the Participant's Card, and annul all accumulated Miles in case of violation of the Program Rules and conditions by the Participant. Grounds for excluding the Participant may include, among other things, the publication by them (or on their behalf) on open internet resources of an announcement about the purchase/sale of Miles, airline tickets with or without the Airline's logo.
5.2.3. If the Program Participant performs operations with Miles or Awards (purchase, exchange, combination, theft) without the grounds provided by these Rules, such Miles will be annulled, and the Awards canceled.
5.2.4. The Airline reserves the right to exclude the Participant, annul the Elite status, and all accumulated Miles in case of violation of the Airline's passenger transportation rules and conditions posted on the Airline's Website, as well as aviation security rules.
5.2.5. Persons selling or exchanging Awards, as well as persons who purchased Miles or Awards, are responsible for the losses and costs incurred by the company and must compensate for these costs.
5.2.6. Program Participants must strictly comply with the Program Rules and conditions, as well as observe all deadlines described in the Program. The Participant must periodically review the Rules of this Program for changes.
5.2.7. The Airline reserves the right to audit the accounts of Program Participants, temporarily suspend the account, and partially or completely restrict various Transactions.
5.3. Miscellaneous
5.3.1. All relationships between the Airline and Program Participants are governed by these Rules, the Airline's passenger and baggage transportation rules, and the Air Transportation Agreement posted on the Airline's Website. In matters not regulated by these regulatory documents and the Airline's transportation rules, the relationships between the Airline and Program Participants are also governed by applicable Russian Federation legislation, taking into account conflict of laws rules. If the provisions of the Rules and the Airline's regulatory documents contradict current legislation, the current legislation of the Russian Federation applies.
5.3.2. If the legislation of the country of citizenship of any Participant provides for special requirements and/or restrictions regarding the application of loyalty programs similar to the Program, the Airline has the right to modify and/or supplement the provisions of these Rules for such Participants, taking into account the requirements of the relevant legislation.
5.3.3. The place for resolving possible disputes arising within the framework of the Program is the location of the Airline.
5.3.4. Unless otherwise provided by these Rules, disputes related to participation in the Program are resolved in a pre-trial (claim) procedure.
5.3.5. Claims of Participants related to their participation in the Program are sent in writing to the Program Service Center.
5.3.6. Liability for damage caused to Participants when exercising their rights related to participation in the Program is regulated by applicable international law and relevant national legislation, as well as the rules of the relevant air carrier.
