Diamond Mile

Statuses

Special privileges for elite statuses are provided for all participants of the "Diamond Mile" loyalty program. The "Diamond Mile" program includes three main elite statuses:

Card Silver
Silver

Assigned to the participant after accumulating 15,000 flight miles or after completing 15 flights on regular flights of JSC "ALROSA Airlines".

Card Gold
Gold

Assigned to the participant after accumulating 35,000 flight miles or after completing 35 flights on regular flights of JSC "ALROSA Airlines".

Card VIP
Diamond

Assigned to the participant after accumulating 50,000 flight miles or after completing 35 flights on regular flights of JSC "ALROSA Airlines".

  • *** The privilege is provided if the personal number of the member card is present in the booking. The service is not provided on flights operated by An-24 and An-38 aircraft. To use the "Increased baggage allowance" privilege, the passenger should in advance contact the service center of the "Diamond Mile" program (indicating the personal number of the member card and ticket number) or apply for this privilege at the Mirny, Polyarny airports, as well as at the airline's ticket offices in the cities of Mirny, Udachny, Aikhal and Lensk. Please note that registration of the privilege through the Diamond Mile program service center is possible from 08:00 to 12:00 Moscow time on weekdays. Please, register the privilege in advance.

  • *** Provided the participant's card personal number is included in the booking. VIP lounges are available at the following airports: Mirny, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Sochi, Moscow (Vnukovo), Saint Petersburg (Pulkovo).

To receive privileges, elite status holders of the "Diamond Mile" program must have their personal card number included in the ticket. If the personal card number is not included in the ticket, the provision of privileges to elite status holders is not guaranteed.

How can I add a personal card to a ticket if my Diamond Mile membership number was not specified when I issued the ticket?
You can specify your Diamond Mile membership number before departure in one of the following ways:
• on the website www.aero.alrosa.ru in the section «Checking your booking»;
• by contacting the airline's contact center by phone 8 800 500 50 95;
• by contacting the airline's contact center by feedback form indicating your personal card number and ticket number;
• by contacting service center "Diamond Mile" program with the personal card number and ticket number.
