ALROSA Airlines JSC together with AlfaStrakhovanie JSC offers you to purchase travel insurance.
Passengers of ALROSA Airlines JSC have access to combined flight insurance from AlfaStrakhovanie JSC, trip cancellation insurance, and the Online Doctor for Travel service, which includes accident insurance.
After booking and paying for the order, you will receive a policy generated by the system in the form of a pdf file. The file containing the policy will be sent to the e-mail address specified during the booking, together with the itinerary receipt of the electronic ticket of JSC ALROSA Airlines.
Thanks to this unique technology, you will not need to additionally contact the insurer to receive the policy on paper - you just need to print the policy yourself.

Flight insurance protects:

• life and health from accidents up to 1,000,000 rubles;

• baggage from loss, destruction and damage (including the purchase of a new suitcase!) up to 45,000 rubles;

• baggage from delay up to 10,000 rubles.

Reliable protection against unforeseen situations during a flight will cost only 300 rubles for outbound flights without stopovers and 450 rubles for outbound flights with stopovers, round-trip flights and complex routes.

Trip Cancellation Insurance:

• Ticket reimbursement up to RUB 40,000;

• compensation of funds in case of trip cancellation for 19 possible reasons (hospitalization, injury, visa denial for Russian citizens, property damage, road accidents, conscription for military service and other reasons), including deductions by the airline when canceling a ticket.

• protection is valid from the moment of purchase, the insurance territory is the whole world.

The cost of the policy depends on the cost of air tickets (on the amount of insurance coverage).

The service "Online Doctor on a trip", including insurance against accidents:

• a service for the provision of medical care in the form of a remote medical consultation (written or oral) using information and communication technologies without making a diagnosis as part of the provision of primary health care on issues within the competence of a physician;

• online access 24/7;

• 3 consultations with a therapist/pediatrician in Russian;

• the service is available via a mobile application anywhere in the world;

• the insurance period begins on the date of the first flight specified in the air ticket for which the insurance policy was purchased, and is valid for 15 consecutive calendar days;

• Life and health insurance of the passenger against accidents up to 500,000 rubles.

The cost of the service "Online Doctor for a trip" is 500 rubles for flights "there" and/or flights "round trip" and complex routes.
