In accordance with the Rules for the Air Carriage of Passengers and Baggage on Flights of JSC ALROSA Airlines, adult passengers are allowed to transport pets in the aircraft cabin on the adjacent seat.
A passenger traveling with an animal must have and present at check-in valid documents (certificates) on the health of the animal, issued by the competent veterinary authorities.
The service is available when booking tickets for all flights of JSC ALROSA Airlines.
You have purchased a ticket for a regular flight of JSC "ALROSA Airlines";
You are a passenger 18+;
You are traveling in economy class;
Your ticket is issued in the Light or Standard fare group;
Your pet weighs no more than 23 kg (together with the container or cage);
the size of the hard container (cage) for transporting the pet does not exceed 60 * 40 * 40 cm (length x width x height).
A ticket for an animal is issued at the same time as the owner.
Issuance at special rates, including subsidized/discounted, premium (the Diamond Mile program), is not provided.
The animal's air ticket does not provide for free baggage and carry-on baggage allowance.
The bottom of the container (cage) must be dense, waterproof and covered with absorbent material, and the container (cage) must be tightly fastened to the chair with seat belts (this is why transportation in soft carriers is excluded).
The dimensions of the container (cage) must allow the animal to stand up to its full height and turn around.
The animal must be inside the closed container for the entire time it is in the passenger cabin of the aircraft (during the flight, taxiing, landing, disembarking). It is prohibited to take the animal out of the cage and pick it up.
For the safety of a passenger carrying a pet in a neighboring seat, special seats will be allocated in the cabin. The animal is placed at the end of the cabin, near the window, next to the owner, on a seat.
Online check-in of a passenger with an animal is prohibited.
The owner independently delivers the animal in a cage on board the aircraft.
Meals are not provided for pets in the seat.
Feeding animals is prohibited during the entire flight.
The animal is accepted for carriage in accordance with the rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo.
The service must be declared in advance by the passenger (at least 72 hours before the flight departure).
A ticket for a pet is issued simultaneously with a ticket for the owner when purchasing transportation - only at the ticket offices of JSC "ALROSA Airlines".
No more than 2 (two) containers with animals may be transported in the aircraft cabins on one flight on the adjacent passenger seat of the aircraft.
Acceptance for transportation of pets is subject to the condition that the passenger assumes full responsibility for them. JSC ALROSA Airlines shall not be liable for injury, loss, illness or death of an animal,
The passenger is obliged to comply with all requirements of JSC ALROSA Airlines to reimburse the airline for losses and additional expenses that may arise during the transportation of the animal.

To fly within the Russian Federation, you must have a veterinary passport with marks on a rabies vaccination, which was received no earlier than 12 months and no later than 20 days before departure; about the clinical examination of the animal by a veterinarian no earlier than 14 days before departure.
