Changes to the data in the ticket

The changes include the most common inaccuracies and typos in the airline ticket:

• Typo in the passenger's last name, first name, or patronymic (up to 3-4 characters) without altering the meaning;

• Change of last name and document number due to marriage/divorce upon presentation of supporting documents (for both adults and children);

• Change in the order of the last name, first name, and patronymic;

• Typo in the date of birth;

• Change of the passenger's gender;

• Change of document series/number/type.

How to change data on an air ticket?

If the ticket is issued on the official website www.aero.alrosa.ru or at the JSC box office ALROSA Airlines, to make the above changes you can:

Have the following information ready:

• Full name;

• Flight number, departure date;

• Air ticket number/booking number.

The fee for changing data on an air ticket is:

• from 01/01/2024: 1100 rubles.

Air ticket registration fee:

• from 01/01/2024: 550 rubles.*

Changes to the data in the air ticket will be made only after payment for the service and confirmation of payment.

You can pay for the service in any of the following ways:

• By bank transfer at any branch of any bank in the city passenger's accommodation - marble receipt, then send proof of food and other documents requested by the airline, to the email address of the contact center avia-centr@aero.alrosa.ru

• Cash payment in airline ticket offices;

In case of transfer transportation involving 2 or more airlines, changes to passenger data are made only through voluntary return and issuing a new air ticket.

If the ticket is issued at the agency entrance/site entrance, to change Changes must be made when purchasing your ticket.

The fee for changing data on an air ticket is 1,100 rubles.
The cost of the fee for issuing an air ticket is according to the price list established agencies.

In other cases, changes to passenger data are made only through voluntary return and issuance of a new air ticket.
