Flight information

Procedure for providing certificates

The cost of the certificate consists of the fee for collecting, analyzing, and verifying the airline's database in accordance with the applicant's request. The certificate is provided on the official company letterhead.

Each request is formed into a separate certificate.

Payment methods:

  • Non-cash payment at any bank branch/mobile or internet banking.

  • Cash payment at the Airline's cash desks.

The cost of the certificate is 500 (five hundred) rubles. Payment details.

Expedited preparation of the certificate costs 1,000 (one thousand) rubles. Payment details.

The certificate preparation period is 15 working days (expedited preparation — up to 5 working days) from the date of transfer of funds to the account of JSC "ALROSA Airlines" and receipt of a full set of documents: payment receipt, copies of identity documents, copies of documents confirming kinship, and other documents (upon request).

The complete set of documents must be provided to JSC "ALROSA Airlines" by any of the following methods:

To the company office at: 8A Lenin St., Mirny, "Reference" window. Working hours: Mon-Thu — 8:00-17:00, Fri — 8:00-12:00, Sat-Sun — closed.

Attach a file (scanned copy) when filling out the application form on the website.

By mail to the address: 678174, Russian Federation, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Mirny, Almaznikov Highway, Building 5/1, 2nd floor.

If the full set of documents is not provided, the certificate will not be prepared. Funds will not be refunded.

Certificates are provided in accordance with the method of receipt specified in the application:

  • To the applicant's email address.

  • To the applicant's postal address (the application form must include the postal code, city name, street, house and apartment number, and recipient's full name).

  • At the company's offices (the application form must specify which office the applicant wishes to receive the certificate from: in Mirny, Udachny, Aykhal, or Lensk) at the following addresses:


    • Mirny, Lenina St., 8A, "Information" window. Working hours: MON-THU — 8:00-17:00, FRI — 8:00-12:00, SAT-SUN — closed.
    • Aykhal, Promyshlennaya St., 30, room 35. Working hours: MON-FRI — 9:00-18:00, SAT — 9:00-13:00, SUN — closed.
    • Udachny, New City Gallery, 8. Working hours: MON-FRI — 9:00-19:00, SAT-SUN — closed.
    • Lensk, Lenina St., 66. Working hours: MON-FRI — 9:00-19:00, SAT — 11:00-15:00, SUN — closed.

After the certificate is issued to the applicant, the service is considered to be performed. Money is not returned.

The airline provides the following data:
  • Documents confirming the actual flight taken by the passenger (flight details, cost of the flight, cost of excess baggage transportation, etc.) can be issued to:

    • the person who took the flight

    • the person whose minor child took the flight (in this case, the child's birth certificate/passport must be attached to the application),

    • the person with the authority confirmed by a power of attorney issued in accordance with the Civil Code.

  • Informational documents (information about flight delays/cancellations, schedule changes, etc.) can be provided to any person.

The airline does NOT provide the following information:
  • On the cost of transportation carried out by another airline;

  • On the cost of transportation between points not indicated in the purchased ticket;

  • On the cost of transportation purchased as part of a travel package, sold by a tour operator under an agreement with an airline. Passengers who purchase airline tickets as part of a tour package or from travel agencies, regarding the cost of the tickets purchased, must contact directly the tour operators from whom the ticket was purchased;

  • About details of the reasons for the flight delay/cancellation;

  • Requests for personal data regarding third parties cannot be provided to an outsider, including a husband, wife, other relative, or a third-party organization.

List of certificates provided by the Airline:
  1. Certificate confirming/denying the flight on specific routes;

  2. Certificate indicating the cost of the airline ticket on regular flights;

  3. Certificate of the base fare for economy class service on the route;

  4. Certificate of the flight cost broken down by segments (for transfer fare);

  5. Copy of the itinerary receipt of the electronic ticket;

  6. Certificate of the absence/presence of a flight on specific routes;

  7. Certificate of actual flights over 6 months for mileage accrual;

  8. Certificate of excess baggage confirmation;

  9. Certificate of flight delay/cancellation, scheduled and actual departure/arrival times;

  10. Certificate of orthodromic distance within the territory of the Russian Federation.

List of certificates issued free of charge to individuals:
  • Certificate of flight schedule changes.

  • Certificate of flight cancellation/delay.

List of individuals and legal entities from whom no fee is charged for issuing certificates:
  • Employees of JSC "ALROSA Airline".

  • WWII veterans.

  • Judicial and law enforcement authorities in the course of considering/investigating civil and/or criminal cases.

  • Arbitrators/financial managers in the context of bankruptcy cases of legal entities and individuals.

  • Lawyers and notaries.

Procedure for obtaining a certificate:

  • a) In person by the passenger with a passport or by a legal representative upon presentation of a passport and power of attorney at the selected pick-up address;

  • b) To the address you specified in the application – by post.

Scan of the certificate:

  • To the email address specified in the order.

Certificate production period:

  • 20 days depending on the type of certificate selected, plus delivery time by Russian Post
