The cost of the certificate consists of the fee for collecting, analyzing, and verifying the airline's database in accordance with the applicant's request. The certificate is provided on the official company letterhead.

Expedited preparation of the certificate costs 1,000 (one thousand) rubles. Payment details.
The certificate preparation period is 15 working days (expedited preparation — up to 5 working days) from the date of transfer of funds to the account of JSC "ALROSA Airlines" and receipt of a full set of documents: payment receipt, copies of identity documents, copies of documents confirming kinship, and other documents (upon request).

After the certificate is issued to the applicant, the service is considered to be performed. Money is not returned.
Documents confirming the actual flight taken by the passenger (flight details, cost of the flight, cost of excess baggage transportation, etc.) can be issued to:
the person who took the flight
the person whose minor child took the flight (in this case, the child's birth certificate/passport must be attached to the application),
the person with the authority confirmed by a power of attorney issued in accordance with the Civil Code.
Informational documents (information about flight delays/cancellations, schedule changes, etc.) can be provided to any person.
On the cost of transportation carried out by another airline;
On the cost of transportation between points not indicated in the purchased ticket;
On the cost of transportation purchased as part of a travel package, sold by a tour operator under an agreement with an airline. Passengers who purchase airline tickets as part of a tour package or from travel agencies, regarding the cost of the tickets purchased, must contact directly the tour operators from whom the ticket was purchased;
About details of the reasons for the flight delay/cancellation;
Requests for personal data regarding third parties cannot be provided to an outsider, including a husband, wife, other relative, or a third-party organization.
Certificate confirming/denying the flight on specific routes;
Certificate indicating the cost of the airline ticket on regular flights;
Certificate of the base fare for economy class service on the route;
Certificate of the flight cost broken down by segments (for transfer fare);
Copy of the itinerary receipt of the electronic ticket;
Certificate of the absence/presence of a flight on specific routes;
Certificate of actual flights over 6 months for mileage accrual;
