Business class

Business class passengers enjoy their own privileges even at the online check-in stage. During this process, the "Seat Selection on Board" service is free for business class passengers. Access to business class lounges in all major airports in Russia, priority boarding at the airport, and transportation to the aircraft in comfortable buses, increased baggage and hand luggage allowance, as well as a specially designed meal plan are all included.

On Boeing 737-800 aircraft, the business class cabin is located at the front of the plane, just behind the cockpit.

In flight:

• A separate restroom is provided for business class passengers.

• The cabin is equipped with wide and comfortable seats, ensuring maximum comfort and a peaceful flight.

• The seats are equipped with footrests and adjustable headrests.

• The seatback position regulator allows business class passengers to settle in comfortably. For sleeping and resting, we offer blankets and pillows in individual packaging, and business class passengers (booking code "C") on long-haul flights are provided with a travel kit.

• The kit includes necessary travel items for clothing care and personal hygiene products.

• After the flight, the bags can be reused for travel, as well as for use as a pencil case or cosmetic bag.

Economy class

Economy class is for those who are light on their feet, for large groups, and for frequent business trips – an excellent opportunity for comfortable flights at affordable rates, aimed at making air travel accessible.

In flight:

• The cozy economy class cabin on the airline's aircraft is equipped with comfortable seats to ensure passengers feel as comfortable as possible throughout the flight.

• Sufficient space between the seats allows passengers to avoid discomfort during the flight. Each seat is fitted with a convenient foldable table.

• In the pocket of the seat in front of you, you will find your personal copy of the in-flight magazine with interesting and useful information. In the ALROSA in-flight magazine, you can learn about the airline's route network, find helpful travel tips, and much more, making your travel time pass quickly and making your flight unforgettable and engaging.

• Economy class passengers are offered a selection of in-flight meals, depending on the length of the route, as well as a choice of soft drinks, tea, and coffee.

• Even at the ticket booking stage, economy class passengers have access to the "Seat Selection on the Plane" service.

• You can choose the best seat in the plane to enjoy the wonderful view from the window.

• Baggage allowance varies depending on the selected fare.
