A baby stroller, including a "cane stroller", is transported in the baggage compartment of an aircraft as checked baggage in excess of the established norm (when transporting a child). The passenger (at his or her request) is allowed to proceed with a baby folding stroller to the entrance to the aircraft / to the aircraft steps, where it is checked in before entering the aircraft near the steps and stored in the baggage compartment. In this case, the passenger must notify the check-in agent in advance at the check-in counter of his or her desire to take the child in a stroller to the aircraft steps, while the weight of the stroller must not exceed 23 kg. You can find more detailed information about the rules for transporting children's folding strollers on the official website of the airline in the section Air transportation rules.
A wheelchair is transported free of charge as checked baggage in the baggage compartment of an aircraft, but only if it accompanies the passenger who uses it. A wheelchair is checked in as baggage at check-in or at the aircraft steps. When purchasing an air ticket, it is necessary to notify the airline via an agent, feedback or Call Center about the presence of a wheelchair, and also to indicate what type of assistance the passenger requires, in order to avoid misunderstandings at check-in.
At the request of passengers traveling together to the same destination on the same flight (family members, persons traveling together or traveling on a business trip), it is allowed to combine the free baggage allowances - both in terms of the number of pieces and in terms of weight. In this case, baggage is checked in for each passenger individually. The combination concerns only the free baggage allowances. One piece of baggage must not exceed 32 kg.
You can find information on free baggage allowance in the Rates and Conditions section. If you need to carry baggage in excess of the norm, you can use the appropriate additional service. Detailed information is published in the Extra Baggage section. Registration of such baggage is available on the website in the section Booking management or at the ticket office of your city.
The cost of paying for excess baggage is fixed. Detailed information is published in the section
