How to register for the program?

You can register on our website in the «Diamond Mile» section by filling out the registration form for the program.

At what age can you register for the program?

Registration can be completed by a passenger who has reached the age of 14.

How to change personal data in your Personal Account?

You can only change your phone number yourself.

All other data (full name, date of birth, passport number, email address) is provided by the employees of the Service Center of the program. To do this, you need to send a request to the email DiamondMile@aero.alrosa.ru

How to recover the password for the Personal Account of the Diamond Mile passenger rewards program?

When logging into your Personal Account, you need to select the link "remind password", and then in the window that opens, enter the email address specified during registration and the verification code generated by the system. An email will be sent to your email address with your membership card number, as well as a password recovery key and a link that you need to follow to recover your password for your Personal Account.

You can also send a message to DiamondMile@aero.alrosa.ru to recover your password about the need to recover your password.

I forgot my personal participant number to log into my personal account, how can I recover it?

How can I check my account status and find out the number of miles I have accumulated?

Information about the mileage balance is available in real time in your personal account on the airline's website. Usually, miles are credited within 3-7 days. In some cases, the period for crediting miles can be up to 45 days. Detailed information is reflected in the Rules of the program (p. 4.4).

What needs to be done to credit miles to the account?

For automatic accrual of miles for flights, it is necessary to indicate the membership card number when issuing the ticket. If the ticket is planned to be issued on the airline's website www.aero.alrosa.ru, in this case, the data must be entered independently in the column "I have a Diamond Mile loyalty card", in case of issuing the ticket at the agency, it is necessary to inform the agent of the card number to enter the data into the ticket. In this case, after the actual flight, the miles will be credited automatically. You can check the accrual of miles for flights in your personal account in the "Transaction history" tab. The number can be entered into the booking only if the personal data in the program and in the booking system completely match.

To accrue miles for actual flights on ALROSA Airlines flights, you must enter all the data in the personal account of the program participant in the "Report a flight" tab, indicate the date and route, flight number, ticket number. All this data can be seen on the itinerary receipt.

After checking the data for compliance, you will be credited with miles for actual flights.

We remind you that flights are accepted for accrual of miles no later than 6 months from the flight date.

When booking, I did not indicate the card number of the Diamond Mile program participant. How can I make a payment?

You can contact the agency where you purchased your air ticket to add your membership card number to your booking;

Send a request to the Program Service Center at DiamondMile@aero.alrosa.ru, indicating your air ticket number and membership number;

By calling the call center 8 800 500 50 95;

Or after completing the flight, indicate the flight in your Personal Account in the "Report a flight" tab.

How do I fill in the fields in the “Report a flight” tab in my personal account?

«Flight date» is entered in the following format: day, month, year, example: 25.10.2024;

«Flight number» is entered as a three/four-digit numeric code, example: 583;

«From» / «To» is the route indicated on the air ticket in Latin, example «Moscow» / «Novosibirsk»;

"Booking class" is entered as a single-digit letter code specified on the air ticket, example "B";

"Ticket number" is entered as a numeric value consisting of 10 digits only, example: 2412345678.

How long does it take for miles for a completed flight to be credited to the account automatically?

Usually, miles are credited within 3-7 days. In some cases, the period for crediting miles can be up to 45 days.

Can miles be credited before enrolling in the program?

Yes, miles can be accrued for all flights on scheduled flights at fares participating in the accrual of miles, made within 6 months before the date of registration in the Diamond Mile program.

To accrue miles, you must enter information about the flights made in your personal account on the website in the "Report a flight" section.

Is it possible to credit miles for a third party's flight to your account?

No. Participation in the program is individual, miles are accrued only for your own flights.

What is the difference between status and bonus miles?

Status miles – miles that a member earns when traveling on regular flights of the Airline, awarded depending on the distance and class of booking of the air ticket (minimum 500 miles).

Bonus miles – miles that a program member additionally earns, special offers of the program, as well as additional miles awarded for flights to elite level members. These miles can only be used to receive Awards and are not counted towards moving up to the next level.

Where can I find my ticket number and other details of my flight?

All information about the ticket number, route, flight date, booking class, and fare is displayed on the itinerary receipt. The itinerary receipt is sent to you by email after purchasing an air ticket.

If you do not have an itinerary receipt, you can use the service for ordering a certificate "On actual flights for 6 months for accrual of miles" or order a "Copy of the itinerary receipt" on our official website using the Flight certificates section. Review all information on issuing certificates and fill out an application.

How to get a premium ticket?
